What is Blind Embossed Label?
Blind embossing lends your labels a refined, ink-free relief that enhances both visual appeal and tactility. Through the controlled application of heat and pressure, matched dies impress the design into paper or film so it rises from the surface. Prime Labels generally employs cost-efficient magnesium dies that achieve crisp, well-defined edges; however, for exceptionally intricate or delicate artwork, we can substitute higher-grade brass dies. For an even more luxurious effect, combine blind embossing with hot-foil stamping to create relief embossing—a raised metallic finish that underscores the premium quality of your product.
Please note that for blind embossing, elements and fonts must have a minimum line thickness of 0.4 mm. In addition, blank spaces and areas with negative gaps need at least 0.6 mm to ensure a good result.
