Material and properties

According to the EU Biocide Regulation, all information on self-adhesive labels must be clearly legible and indelible. To ensure this, we recommend permanent adhesive labels made of white or transparent polypropylene. If you use a thermal transfer (TT) printer, it is possible to overprint the batch number, production date and expiration date. If you use a direct thermal printer (TD), we recommend our thermal paper.

What disinfectants can be produced?

• 70% isopropanol
• a mixture of isopropanol with hydrogen peroxide and glycerin
• mixtures of ethanol and water

As the situation is constantly evolving in this respect, we recommend that you seek information and guarantees from your professional associations.
Note: Disinfectants made with ethanol can be labeled in a simplified form if their content does not exceed 125 ml. However, simplified labeling is not permitted due to the H336 hazard statement for propanol.
